You already know
something needs
to change.

I help people who are ready — not just ready to talk, but ready to move.

Why you're here

If you've landed here,
something in you is searching.

Maybe you've been searching for a while. Maybe the pain is fresh, or maybe it's the same old weight you've carried so long you've forgotten what it's like without it.

This is a place for people who are done waiting to feel better.

I'm Amy Griswold Singer — a licensed psychotherapist, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy provider, and Conscious Uncoupling coach in San Francisco. I work with individuals who are willing to go inward and stay there long enough to find what's actually true for them.

What I offer

Three doorways. One intention:
to hand you back to yourself.

Ketamine-Assisted
Psychotherapy

Swift, powerful, and lasting. KAP uses ketamine as a complement to psychotherapy to create the kind of psychological shifts that can take years to reach through talk therapy alone. I partner with Journey Clinical's medical team to offer this modality to eligible clients.

Conscious
Uncoupling

A five-step transformational process through heartbreak and into a new chapter. Whether you're divorcing, ending a relationship, or still carrying old wounds, this is how you find your way back to yourself.

Who this is for

You might be in the
right place if…

  • You've tried talking about it and want to go deeper
  • You're navigating a life transition — willingly or not
  • You're on your knees about something, and you know it
  • You're open-minded, curious about yourself, and ready to be honest
  • You want a committed therapeutic relationship — weekly, real, and evolving

My clients are people who take themselves seriously. They're in motion or they want to be. They come from all walks of life — high-achieving professionals, new parents, people ending long relationships, people rebuilding after loss. What they share is a willingness to look inward and a readiness to work.

This isn't a space for casual drop-ins. It's a space for people who want to make something real happen.

“I help people return to themselves. I map what we discover inside them, and with everything laid out — feelings, thoughts, patterns, beliefs — I hand you back to yourself wrapped in compassion, empathy, and uprightness.”
Amy Griswold Singer, LMFT

What colleagues say

Endorsed by the people
who know the work.

Licensed therapists — including colleagues from CIIS and the Bay Area Gestalt Institute — have written about working alongside me. I don't publish client testimonials; the therapeutic relationship stays confidential.

“When I am considering colleagues to whom I need to make referrals, she is at the top of my list. Everyone I've referred to Amy over the years has subsequently thanked me.”

“Amy brings warmth and curiosity to her work with clients and to collaboration with other therapists.”

Who I am

I love this work.
That's the most important
thing I can tell you.

I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist with a decade of experience and a genuine love for this work. I trained at CIIS in Integral Counseling Psychology, studied at the Bay Area Gestalt Institute, and hold certifications in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Conscious Uncoupling.

But what I want you to feel here, more than credentials, is that I love my work. Deeply. Truly. I fall in love with my clients — with the remarkable, complex, specific maps of who they are. I find the work endlessly fascinating, and I never stop being moved by what unfolds when someone decides to show up for themselves.
