Psychotherapy

Real therapy.
Committed. Weekly. Deep.

I work with individuals who are ready to look honestly at themselves — and stay with what they find.

What we do together

Therapy with me is not a place to vent and leave. It's a collaborative, evolving relationship in which we map your interior world — your patterns, your history, your defenses, your longings — and work together toward a new relationship with all of it.

I draw on Gestalt therapy, psychodynamic understanding, transpersonal and humanistic perspectives, and somatic awareness. But more than any modality, what guides our work is what's actually true for you — right now, in this moment, in this room.

I notice things. I track you. I pay attention not just to what you say but to how you say it, what you avoid, what lights you up, what collapses you. And then I reflect it back — not to analyze you, but to help you see yourself more clearly than you can alone.

As that picture reveals itself to us, so does the path forward.

The container

On weekly therapy
and commitment.

I believe in weekly sessions. Not because it's a rule, but because I've seen what consistency makes possible. Therapy works through accumulation — through the relationship we build, the patterns we notice, the momentum that gathers power from showing up week after week.

When sessions get sporadic or cancellations pile up, that momentum breaks. The depth we build between sessions dissipates. Things that were almost visible disappear back under the surface.

My clients commit to participate weekly. That commitment is part of what makes the work work. If your schedule or budget makes weekly sessions impossible right now, let's talk — but I want you to know what I believe is possible when we create a real container together.
